What is the number one medicare supplement plan?
Plan G is the most popular Medicare Supplement plan for people new to Medicare, and for good reason. It covers almost everything Original Medicare leaves behind, including the Part A deductible of $1,736 in 2026, hospital costs, skilled nursing coinsurance, and doctor bills. The only thing you pay yourself is the Part B deductible, which is $283 in 2026. After that, your covered costs are basically zero. Plan F covers even more, but it's only available if you turned 65 before January 1, 2020. For everyone else, Plan G is the top choice. Keep in mind that every insurance company charges different premiums for the exact same Plan G coverage. Want me to compare rates for you? Call 855-559-1700.
