Medicare Advantage plans that pay Part B premiums make up 768 of the 2,898 individual plans for 2027 in our 34 states. Each lowers yours by a set amount, from $0.50 to $202.90 a month, with a median of $100.00. 405 take $100 or more off. The largest equals the whole 2026 standard Part B premium of $202.90; plans file their 2027 amounts before CMS sets the 2027 premium.
Those 768 plans come from 72 companies: Aetna Medicare, Alignment Health Plan, Allina Health Aetna Medicare, Alterwood Advantage, AMH Health, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Anthem Blue Cross Partnership Plan, Astiva Health, BayCare Health Plans, Blue Care Network, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Capital Blue Cross, Capital Health Plan, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Medicare Advantage, CarePlus Health Plans, Inc., Clever Care Health Plan, Clover Health, CommunityCare Senior Health Plan (HMO), Dean Advantage, Devoted Health, Doctors HealthCare Plans, Inc., El Paso Health Medicare Advantage, Elite Health Plan, Inc., eternalHealth, Florida Blue, Freedom Health, Inc., Geisinger Gold, GlobalHealth, Health Alliance Plan by Henry Ford Health, Health First Health Plans, Inc., HealthPartners, HealthSpring, HealthSun Health Plans, Inc., HealthTeam Advantage, Healthy Arkansas, Inc., Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield or Highmark Blue Shield, Humana, Imperial Health Plan of California, Inc., Independence Blue Cross, Jefferson Health Plans, Johns Hopkins Advantage MD, Kaiser Permanente, Leon Health, Inc., Martin's Point Generations Advantage, McLaren Medicare, Medica, MediGold, MyTruAdvantage, Network Health Medicare Advantage Plans, Optimum HealthCare, Inc., Peoples Health, PrimeTime Health Plan, Priority Health Medicare, Prominence Health Plan, SCAN Health Plan, Select Health, Solis Health Plans, The Health Plan, Trinity Health Plan of Michigan, Ultimate Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare, UPMC for Life, VIVA Medicare, Wellcare and Wellpoint.
You still pay Part B. The plan pays toward it, and Social Security deducts less from your check. Enter your ZIP to see the plans we can help you join in your county, largest reduction first. Then add your prescriptions to see which plans list them.
Two cases where a reduction doesn't pay off. A Medigap policy pays nothing while you're in one of these plans, so joining means dropping it, and in most states getting it back means answering health questions. And if Medicaid or a Medicare Savings Program already pays your Part B premium, a reduction saves you nothing.
Plans pay us when you enroll. Your premium is the same whether you join through us, the plan or Medicare.gov.
What these plans give up for the reduction
Plans with a Part B reduction leave out drug coverage far more often. 30% of them have none for 2027. Among plans without a reduction, it's 2%.
They also cap your yearly costs higher. The median in-network out-of-pocket maximum is $7,150 on plans with a reduction and $6,000 on the rest, $1,150 more.
8 of the 768 charge a plan premium bigger than the reduction, so they cost more each month, not less. A plan without drug coverage leaves you paying full price at the pharmacy, and you generally can't add a Part D plan while you're in it. Run the prescription check before you compare dollar figures.
767 of the 768 are HMOs or PPOs, which use a network. If seeing any doctor who takes Medicare matters more to you, a Medicare Supplement keeps Original Medicare and has no Part B reduction at all.
When you can switch into one
Annual enrollment runs October 15 to December 7. A plan you pick then starts January 1, 2027.
Already in a Medicare Advantage plan? You get one more switch between January 1 and March 31. New to Medicare? You can join one when you first get Part A and Part B. Moving out of your plan's area or losing job coverage opens a special enrollment period.

2027 individual Medicare Advantage plans in the states we're licensed in. Special needs, MSA, cost and PACE plans are left out. A plan sold in two states counts in each.
How the drug check works
Each plan files a drug list, its formulary, with CMS. The check looks each of your drugs up on the list of every plan the finder shows for your ZIP and shows its tier and any prior authorization, step therapy or quantity limit.
If a plan lists only the generic of your brand, or only a brand of your generic, the card says so. What it can't tell you is the price, which depends on the tier, the drug deductible and your pharmacy. It doesn't check doctors either, because CMS's public plan files don't include networks. Check both before you enroll; on a call, we check them with you.
How the money shows up in your check, and how the reductions spread out nationally, is on the Part B give-back, by the numbers.
Questions About Plans That Pay Part B
Methodology. Plans, counties and Part B reductions are read from the CMS 2027 Plan Benefit Package files (field pbp_d_mco_pay_reduct_amt) and the Medicare Advantage Landscape file, dated 2026-10-03, for the individual plans in our licensed states. Drug lists are the CMS 2027 formulary public use files; drug names come from RxNorm at the National Library of Medicine. Medians are across plans, not enrollees. Part B premium figures are 2026 CMS amounts. Data built 2026-10-26.
